Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Scope of Service

"Service" refers to the logistics and management of temporary accommodations, consisting of fully equipped apartments with high-speed internet and ergonomic workspaces, located in the best areas of San Salvador, El Salvador.

The service is intended exclusively for adults over 18 years of age traveling for business or as digital nomads. The use of the facilities for parties, large social events, or any activity that disturbs the peace of the condominium is not permitted.

2. Guest Rights and Obligations

• The guest has the right to enjoy a private, clean, and functional space during the contracted rental period.
• It is the guest's obligation to treat the apartment and furniture with care, respecting the building's rules.
• The entry of unauthorized minors, activities related to nightclubs, excessive alcohol consumption, or dates within the facilities for non-professional purposes is strictly prohibited.
• The guest is responsible for any damage or loss of furniture or equipment that exceeds normal wear and tear.

3. Limitations of Liability

Los Pernoctantes is not responsible for:

• Temporary internet service interruptions beyond our control.
• Loss or theft of the guest's personal belongings inside or outside the apartment.
• Any health problem or accident suffered by the guest during their stay.
• Conflicts or disputes of a religious, political, or personal nature involving the guest and third parties.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive an 80% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable. In case of force majeure, each case will be evaluated individually.
